Avaya, Cisco, and Adtran Voice /Data Integration

A High Tech Application Service Provider (ASP)-Connecting 85 Servers
Scope:   This Converge installation included: all planning  for the site; building the data center with $8,000.00 racking and UPS: all
            CAT 5 and CAT 3, and Telco feeders wiring; layout and designing capacity and ordering the T-3 and T-1 PRI resources;
            Cisco Layer 2 switches;  Cisco highest end PIX firewall; building VPN/DMZ/VLAN architecture; Cisco Aero Net wireless
            network for notebooks and video cameras; Avaya  IP Office telephone system  with 64 party Conference Center
            and Internet video,  Avaya Automated Call Center (ACD) Compact Contact Center;  real time transfer of data from the
            old data center to the new center;  and the video network. Novacom staff did everything.  We had the new site and
            T services operable in a parallel mode with no loss of  service a week in advance of our  due date. Cost savings more
            than $70,000.00 per year will be derived by employing two Novacom carrier partners.
Avaya, Voice /Data Seamless Migration to Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP)
An international firm connects its New Jersey office over the World Wide Web to another continent.
Scope:   This cargo logistics firm installed two IO Office systems; one in Princeton and the other in Sao Paola, Brazil. Voice and data are transmitted over the network.
            Customer for six years migrating from Avaya Partner to Avaya IP Office.
NEC PBX and Small Business Computer Networking

 Scope:   Installation of an NEC PBX telephone system,  implement: local and long distance   calling services, voice mail,
             computer networking ( LAN),    Internet (Internet),   and paging with overhead music in the showroom.   
             Customer Comments: "Totally satisfied and on time...".  Customer since February, 2005.

Servicing Avaya and NEC Telephone Systems
A State Bank
Scope:   Install telephone system network system to service up to 1,000 telephones among fifty branch banks.
            Connect 32 remote locations in a teleconference program. Providing service for more than ten years.

Avaya and Local and Wide Area Frame Relay Networking
A Regional Supermarket Chain
Scope:   Build a Frame Relay network from wiring to full implementation to meet a firm deadline LAN/WAN
            conversion covering fifteen  locations.  Network has been maintained by Novacom since 1999. Installation of all
            PBX telephone systems and providing service for more than twelve years.

Avaya IP PBX and Return on Investment
A  Manufacturing Firm
Scope: Implement an Internet Protocol (IP) telephone network with 35 telephones and workstations complete with
            enhanced computer integration (CTI) features.  Providing service for more than six years.

A Church Community Project
Scope:   Install an Avaya IP telephone system with 45 telephones.  The telephone system controls entry access from three entrances
            employing solid state access control locking systems with up to 10,000 entry codes. A three floor paging system and
             a 55 node Local Area Network  (LAN) was installed.   The premises provides 70,000 square feet for the church community
            activities.  Customer since April, 2005.

Scope: Install a telephone system, LAN, Internet access, and burglar detection system. Customer since April, 2005.
Structured Cabling

A Four Story Multi Tenant Office Building
Scope:    Install thirty direct demarcation terminal blocks (RJ-21 X) for thirty tenants. Blocks include: POTS lines, DSL and T-1.
             Customer reports that service calls averaged from six failures  per month over the past three years.  Once rewiring was
             completed by Novacom,   this customer experienced no such failures over the past seven months (dated October, 2005).
