Because of our large inventory, telephone systems can be installed on the same day. The telephone line order takes from five to fifteen days for plain telephone lines. The T-1 line will take from one week to seventy business days. Novacom has never missed a service commitment date for a new installation.

Novacom has selected a wide array of pricing options for our customers. All products offered are installed by qualified technicians and have the same service response. The price difference usually is related to the manufacturer Novacom represents and its commitment to flexibility and quality.  Considering your budget, please indicate your preference for the pricing of your system.  Your price selection will not in any way lessen the quality of the installation.

Multiple Site Applications-Qualification for Internet Protocol (IP) Telephone Configuration
Do you need connection of multiple sites practically any place in the world and/or connection off site
staff  to your local main telephone voice and data network?
If so, consider an IP telephone system.  Your IP connected off site your staff will employ:

*       Free extension calling, employing static Internet connections,  and data transmissions from your IP connected off-site callers;

*       Access from outside to a  local extension numbers and direct lines at your main site from the remote connected  site;

*       A local voice mail box at your main site from your remote connected sites over the Internet; and

*       Meet me conference calling with other staff members (up 64 people) from  remote sites.

Overview of Your IP Productivity Enhancements
This architecture affords cost reductions and ties together staff member voice and data communications needs into a
single voice and data network.  Connection to the Internet is via a single static Internet connection.
This means a single connection with one single point to manage the voice and data access via the Internet.

 

Recommended checklist for IP feature qualifications.  Four checks indicate good IP candidate

1-Your data network is not MAC graphics or CAD file intensive  

2-Your management will allow voice and data on the same LAN network   

3-You will link more than three remote sites  

4-Some of your staff will work off site with secure data and voice

Four checks indicate a good IP infrastructure.
1-Your local area network employs all CAT 5 connections. 
2-Your network hubs (switches) have the Quality of Service (QOS)  feature.
3-Your Local Area Network (LAN) Switching is Layer 2 Configured.
4-Your LAN Switching is Layer 3 Configured.

One category 5e wire handles voice and data eliminates the need for separate wires for telephone and computers. IP architecture demand higher quality data switches affording quality of service (QOS).

Call Center
options, for customer service and high volume incoming calling needs,  afford your firm:
Efficient  and automatic routing of incoming calls to your specialized staff; Higher caller volumes with improved response times; Dynamic management of call volumes by the system; and Enhanced staff productivity reporting programs. For call center applications, Novacom recommends selection from among  three platforms based upon the level of call routing sophistication and flexibility  and reporting requirements; The higher the level the higher the cost per staff member unit and the greater the level of staff cost savings.

Telephone Accounting System-Excellent Cost Control

All systems sold by Novacom provide automatic listing of calls and afford printed records in a sequential
 order; just add the printer or have Novacom provide the printer. Another option reports and sorts calls
 in a wide array report formats. The highest level approach (most expensive is Level III) reports contain
an analysis of how the calls are being handled.  These reports will assist you to determine how many
 lines are needed and the number of staff members needed to handle calls. Call reporting assist firms
which charge back telephone time.  Calling cost may be marked up to consist of the cost of the call and
 the related labor rate per minute; useful for an attorney.
